I offer private 1:1 embodiment sessions for women who want personalized support understanding their body’s signals, patterns, and chemistry.

We work together over 4 private sessions across 6 weeks, with space for integration and support between sessions. This experience is ideal if you want focused, personalized support rather than long-term open-ended coaching.

Why working with me feels different

Working with me feels different because I’ve been there.

I didn’t wake up one day and decide to become a coach.
This work chose me — through years of unwellness, disconnection from my body, and the harsh stories I learned to tell myself about why I felt the way I did.

My body didn’t whisper. It screamed — through my skin, my digestion, my energy, and beliefs that slowly convinced me something was wrong with me. I thought my body was punishing me for getting it “wrong.”

That belief was a crock of shit.

Nothing changed because I decided it was time to change.
What changed was my willingness to pay attention — to understand what my body was actually communicating instead of trying to override it.

I didn’t need to fix myself.
I needed to listen, understand, and respond with care.

That’s why my work isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about helping you learn how to read yourself — clearly, calmly, and with trust — so you can nourish your body in the way it actually needs and live a life of quality with every part of you coming along in harmony.

My Approach

I approach this work slowly, thoughtfully, and with respect for your real life.
I won’t rush you, overwhelm you, or hand you random fixes.

My role is to help you understand what your body is asking for, support you as things shift, and give you tools that actually fit you.

We move at the pace your body can integrate — not the pace of a protocol.

Will I need to buy anything extra to work with you?

No. Nothing is required to start.

Some people choose to use simple, supportive tools along the way, but we only introduce what’s actually relevant to your body — not a long list of “shoulds.”

The focus is understanding what’s happening first, then deciding what (if anything) truly supports you.

Are supplements a big part of this work?

Not long-term.

If supplements come up, they’re used intentionally and temporarily, not as a forever fix.

Most people end up buying less, not more — because they finally understand what their body needs and stop guessing.

 

Do I need labs, tests, or special equipment?

No labs are required. When testing is helpful, we’ll decide together.

We use your real-time body signals, lived experience, and (when relevant) information you already have to understand what’s happening — without turning your healing into a project.

If testing ever makes sense, it’s discussed together — not assumed.

 

What if I feel overwhelmed or disconnected from my body?

That’s exactly where this work begins.

You don’t need to “be good at listening to your body” to start.
We slow things down and build understanding gradually, in a way that feels safe and manageable.

You’re supported the whole way — not left to figure it out alone.

 

Is this medical care or therapy?

No — and it’s not meant to replace either.

This work helps you understand how your body responds, why certain patterns keep showing up, and how to support yourself with clarity and confidence alongside any care you’re already receiving.
